Have Humans lost the Image of God ?

I believe it is a big lie of the devil, which states that we have lost the image or the likeness of God, when Adam and Eve fell. You see this lie in almost all churches nowadays (Protestant, Catholic and Orthodox). It is especially propagated in Calvinism (Augustinianism) which teaches that we are totally depraved and Secular Evolutionism (Secular Darwinism) which teaches that we were never created in the image of God.

‘The popular belief in modern-day Christendom is that due to the fall man has lost the image of God. But when this belief is compared to scripture we can see. That it is nothing but a man made tradition.

The bible says we are created upright “Lo, this only have I found, that God hath made man upright; but they have sought out many inventions.”( Ecclesiastes 7:29).
This is not just talking about Adam and Eve as the author is clear this is something that he has found.

The bible says after the fall that man is still the image of God “Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.” (Genesis 9:6)

“Man…is the image and glory of God.” (I Corinthians 11:7)

“Men, which are made after the similitude of God.” (James 3:9)

The Bible says God has created and formed us all (Job 31:15 and Malachi 2:10). So we can see that “So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.” (Genesis 1:27) is still true to this day.’
